Demonte Night and color

Requirement 3.2 HDR- For this one I tried to get a photo that would have some shadow in it so I took a photo of this soccer goal under the lights and the black sky in the background helps for contrast
Requirement 3.1 HDR- I took a photo of the Waffle House I went to as the colors are very vibrant and contrasting
Requirement 2: Architecture- I took a picture of the stubble field center for this one as I was heading to the game to record the basketball stream. All the lights being on made me want to take it

Requirement 1: scene of nature - I took a picture of this tree surrounded by the night lights as this requirement

Demonte Landscape

                                                        Requirement 1: S-curve

I chose this photo for the first requirement. My use of the S curve for this one is more of a flat view rather than a view of a road or something goin in the distance. Your eye is meant to start at the bottom as it leads up more vertical with a slight slant to the left then to the right. The vertical composition of the photo allows for multiple parts of it to catch the viewer’s eye in a sequential way.

                                                        Requirement 2 panorama:

For this one I tried to get a good panorama of the scope of my apartment buildings. Since they are very long buildings with horizontal leaning infrastructure. I figured that it’d be worth a shot to try to get multiple building all in one shot and this is the result that I got.

Requirement 3: Texture

For this one I tried to get a close shot of the ground where the grass is tall. I tried my best to get the small details in the grass and dirt to focus through in order to satisfy the requirement.

Requirement 4: Golden hour

For this one I chose a landscape photo is a wide angled view of a lake. Thanks to the sun shining were it is, the trees and sky completely reflect on the water giving this great looking effect of color manipulation. This was taken a little on the later side of  7pm as the sunset was in the process of happening.

Demonte J Architecture and interiors

Requirement 1: vertical vanishing point (I took a picture of a tall object so i could get the two point perspective of all the lines pointing up to the corner)

Requirement 2: No vanishing point (In this one i made sure the photo had multiple subjects so there wasn't any one uniform point that the perspective is pointing to)

Requirement 3: Framed Shot ( (I took a photo of a gate with a open framed door and had my subject as the sign as seen directly in front of the gate.)

Requirement4 : Repeating patterns (This one was a little hard to find but i came across a metal gate with these holes in them and it repeated throughout)

Requirement 5: Interior panorama (This is a photo of my living room. I'm going to be honest, I realized after that the photos taken should have overlapped a little bit and i didn't know and did the opposite therefore the auto merge feature would not work. I could have easily just took some photos of the classroom and get it done right then and there but that would be a boring photo considering you've already done it. So this photo was merged Manually by myself. )

Requirement 2: Focus on the mid-ground (Canon EOS7) -For this one i got behind a gate and took the picture of a sign in the middle while also having trees as my background

Requirement 3: Bugs (Canon EOS7)- For this one i got underneath a light post and found a bee hive chilling under and took a zoomed in picture with a 45mm lens attached

Requirement 4: Plants (Canon EOS7) - For this one i took a picture of a pot of flowers I found on campus

Demonte J_ portraits and light

Photo #4- Ambient light + flash - For this one I used my phone flash on the camera and additionally set up another phones flash to act as an offset and therefore had 2 different light sources

Photo #3- Outdoor available light- I went outside for this one and took the photo on a pretty shaded area, the sun wasn’t really out so there’s not a lot of sunlight.

Photo #2- Indoor natural light- I took this photo in my room, and set up right in front of my window and I opened the blinds in order to let sunlight come in as a light source

Photo #1- Traditional portrait with studio light- This was take with professional lighting equipment in the Windgate  buildings photography studio. I used 2 lights; a ring light and a studio square light and I tried my best to not make any shadow appear

Demonte J bad photos

This photo completes requirement 5 of needing a photo composed badly. This was taken at Devils Den park with my iPhone and is a picture of my friend I went hiking with that day. You can see that the photo is taken at a slant and is not leveled. Along with the subject of the picture being more background than foreground. The subject is also cut off at his legs.

This photo covers requirement 4 of a photo needing to have the wrong white balance on it. This was taken on my canon eos 7 in devils den in which you can see it has a very yellow hue to it even though the trees itself are very green and saturated in reality

This photo covers requirement 3 of a photo needing to have nothing be in focus. This is a photo taken from a concert I went to on my iphone and in the photo there is nothing in focus and this utilizes lights once again and the colorful stage light on top adds another element to the photo that I enjoy.

This photo covers requirement 2 of a photo needing to bemotion blurred . This is a photo from a parking lot. I tried utilizing many lights in my photos for the blurring and light effects on it. This makes the photo looks like something completely different by the lights turning into small squiggles and lines which i think is really cool.

This photo covers requirement 1 of a photo needing to be poorly exposed. This is a photo from my bedroom at home taken on my iphone. This photo utlizes the many lights i have in my room and paints an almost unrecognizable picture of my ceiling with a majority of the picture covered in a blue hue.
