Requirement 1 and 3:

I've come to the conclusion that landscape/nature photography isn't really my forte because I struggle finding photos that I can say I'm proud of when I try to do it. So, I've combined requirement 1 and 3. I don't have a tripod tall enough to capture what I envisioned for these requirements so the photos are a bit shaky. The first three photos are taken at various exposures in an attempt to take photos for the HDR requirement.

Requirement 2: 

All of these photos were shot at an ISO of 800-3200 and at various apertures. I tend to change my camera settings to capture the look I want for my photos without fully making mental notes of every setting I use (apologies). I do slight color correcting and cropping in Light Room. I mostly adjusted the contrast and color temperature to create a moodier vibe without changing the natural lighting on the buildings caused by the street lights and decorative lights in the windows.
